adaptor set for smart lock
I've just been told by customer service that the adapter set is not available and my smart lock is worthless now. (adaptor was accidently thrown away during a door replacement) - Any ideas anyone?

Hi @jackiekostreba,
If you contact our Support team, they can send you a whole new Smart Lock with the adaptors included. This way, you can use the adaptors you need and send back any hardware you don't need.
