Lost Access To Referral Gift Card

Got a $200.00 gift card in Jan for referring a friend. Now apparently I inadvertently deleted the email and cannot find it in my Trash or any other location. I contacted support via phone but they have no access to the vendor that issues the cards. What do I do????
