Recording Previews on Apple Watch Notifications

I receive a notice on my Apple watch when someone approaches the simplisafe doorbell, but unlike my Wyzecam notification, I don't get a video or photo to show who's approaching the door, I have to look at it on my phone. Is there a way to turn this on? Thanks.
