Disable Smart Lock Notifications
I just installed the Smart Lock and I can't find a way to disable notifications every time my door is unlocked. Is there a way to turn them off or at least only have the door unlock notification when the system is set?

I received 136 notifications last night from my smartlock- unlock/lock. Set on Home. How do I fix this?

Please disable the notifications for door locks. This is a setting on the other sensors and it should also be a user-selectable setting on the door locks. The door lock/unlock notifications are driving me crazy.

This seriously needs to be prioritized. There should be individually controlled notifications for manual lock/unlock and pin code lock/unlock.

Where do we stand on the smart lock notifications? I can't imagine keeping this lock if I'm going to get an alert everytime the door locks and unlocks.

I have the same issue and am two steps away from ripping out the Simplisafe smart lock for a different brand.
Is support that deaf that they don't listen to their customer base?

I purchased 2 locks and this is horrible that you can't control this, it isn't that hard to develop this option. I need to purchase 3 more locks but it won't be Simplisafe unless they can fix this flaw. And yes, with the technology avail, it is a flaw.

Frankly, one should be able to Enable/Disable the Push Notifications for EVERY DEVICE (independently).
For example, I may want to know when my front door is locked/unlocked, but NOT the door from my kitchen to the garage!
The Base Station "knows" which device is triggered, and should be able to determine IF that device's event is to trigger a push notification.
VERY POOR (short sighted) programming!

After 3 years of customers demanding this, and that the ability to control notifications exists with almost every other smart lock system, SimpliSafe is making it VERY CLEAR they DO NOT CARE! Especially with their agents giving the same canned statements above, year after year.

How is this possibly still a problem? This is purely app driven. Just add a toggle on the lock section of the software like there is on the cameras. This would take less than a day to code and less than a week to test. Or even easier allow more control of the app notifications on your phone.
Having the door locking notifications never made any sense from the start.

Please keep this thread alive. This should be an outrageously simple request to achieve. Why is this not prioritized when you've come out with a second edition model?
This alone encourages me to want to return it because I have to choose between no event notifications, or ALL event notifications. There should be a segment of useful vs. not useful. Let's get this moved along already.
