Hi @Carlitos ,

If you have Monitoring Service already activated, you can find all info for permitting at your location from your online account here:

  1. Once logged in, navigate to Menu > Monitoring.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom right of this page, and look for Alarm Permit Requirements.
  3. Click the link, and the popup will include all of the info that you need.

@Carlitos  if you have monitoring, you can download your monitoring certificate from the website's dashboard once you log in. When in doubt, call customer service for assistance.
