Hi @tfdurham,
Unfortunately no, the SimpliSafe Original is not able to receive firmware updates.
If you still have a Simplisafe Original, we strongly suggest upgrading to the latest generation (Gen 3). Don't forget, we can get you a discount for your whole order of at least 50% off! Contact our Support team to get started.
