Base Station Original status light no longer functioning
I have the Original (2016 purchased) Base Station. The blue light has worked fine until recently... now there is no light at all. Beside the light, all system is working fine. Is it possible to change the blue light on the Original Base Station or replace an internal card?

Unfortunately, no there's no easy way to fix a broken LED within the Base Station. We also no longer offer replacements, or replacement parts, for the SimpliSafe Original Base Station.
But I would strongly suggest contacting our Support team for further options. If you're interested, we can get you a massive discount on an upgraded sytem!
