Unable to delete faulty camera

I sent a faulty camera back and installed the replacement without any problems. However, on my iPhone I still have an entry for the faulty camera. It says: "Unfinished Setup" .  Can you delete this from your side or give me directions to delete it. I have tried all the obvious fixes, and none work. Thanks,  Kent

Hi @jkgarman,

That means the Outdoor Camera is still listed in your Base Station's memory. You can remove it through your Keypad, under Menu > Devices > [your camera].

 

But if you give us a call at 800-548-9508, our Support team will be able to help get this resolved for you!
