If you have a Monitoring Plan that includes Smart Alerts via SMS and Email (e.g. the Interactive Monitoring Plan) then you can definitely add multiple email address that get alerts. For more info on Monitoring Plans, check out our Help Center page here.
And to add new contacts to your alerts (SMS and email) head over to the SimpliSafe app and navigate to:
Menu > Alerts & Notifications
