Video Doorbell Worked Fine, Now Won’t Stop Ringing

Video doorbell has been working without a problem for the last six months. Other day someone came to the door and pushed the button and doorbell would not stop ringing. I disconnected it, had a new transformer installed, and doorbell keeps chiming. What could have caused this and how can I fix it?
