The location I want to monitor has No WiFi access. What are my options?
1) Does the SimpliSafe APP still work to arm/disarm/receive notifications with no WiFi at the monitoring location?
2) Can SimpliSafe still monitor basic door, motion, smoke, and glass break sensors without WiFi? (I do not need cameras)

You do not need wifi for the system to work as the base station has its own buit in cell chip inside and as long as it gets signal you will be fine but remember if you want to do a firmware update that they send out regularly you will have to take keypad and base station somewhere that has wifi so you can do the update then bring it back home. The app will work as long as you have a cell signal on your phone

Lance is right: with the sensors you are using, you don't need Wi-Fi for them to connect to your Base Station. However, you do need a Wi-Fi connection to arm/disarm your system and receive notifications via the app. We have listed features of the system that need a Wi-Fi connection here in our Help Center.
