Power Outage Reconnect Hierarchy

When the base station and wireless cameras have been connected to a particular wireless network, and then there is a power and or internet outage, there should be software written by smart people to tell all these devices(base and cameras) to wait and reconnect to the original wifi network to which they were previously connected, not just try to reconnect to some other random or available at this time wifi network. Please someone program this. I dont need my base station and cameras trying to reconnect to someone else's wifi network or one of my extenders that have a specific purpose.
