New Keychain Remote

Lost the remote for a BS2000 and need a new one.  Also removed the batteries from the base station before I realized I had lost the remote and lost the configuration the accessories/sensors.  Appreciate any help you can give me!  Thanks!

Do you have SS2 or SS3?  You can call SS to order a new keyfob (if it's for SS2 and the keychain remote with usb), or the one for SS3 (SS3 doesn't have nor require the usb) - I suggest calling to order because you can request it be shipped asap and I'm not sure if they can re-set your settings/sensors etc, but ask them.
