Keypad our of range
After a power outage, by keypad and base got dis-synchronize. I been trying to synchronize and keep getting a out of range error. Even if both equipment are touching each other.

You're somewhat on the right track: The Keypad and the Base Station have lost contact with each other. But the two components don't really "synchronize". The Base Station just has a list of registered components that it will accept input from. So unless something happened to the Base Station, the Keypad should automatically be able to reconnect with it.
Clearly, something did happen with your Base Station, and we suspect that it hasn't come back online properly since that power outage. Do you see any lights from the Base Station? And if you open an Entry Sensor, do you hear a chime?
It might help to do a reboot:
As soon as the battery is back in, the Base Station should light up, and produce the startup tone.

At least we can confirm that the Base Station is still powering on. I should have also mentioned that it would help to reset the Keypad as well, just by taking out a battery and reinserting. That will force it to look for a signal from the Base Station right away, rather than on its own schedule.
But since you mentioned a power outage, another possible issue is that when the power came back on, there might have been a surge that fried the Base Station. So the next step, if it really won't respond to the Keypad or any other component, would be to replace it entirely.
