Issues after lastest update
After the last update. My key fob quits working every week. I have to remove/reinstall to get it working. The iPhone app show two outdoor cameras as offline, but they are not offline.

Hi @tls ,
These are two separate issues.
On the Key Fob: How old is it? If it's been a couple of years, it might be on the way to running out of battery. Give our Support team a call at 800-548-9508 and we'll see about getting it replaced.
As for the camera issue - "Offline" might just mean that it's been a while since the server has heard from it. If you try to stream, you should be able to get through. The status of the camera should update after that.

System was purchased in 11-01-2021. I have tried refreshing the outdoor camera. Still showing off-line in the "Overview->System Status". They show on-line in the camera view and I can stream video.
