How do I delete multiple addresses/accounts from app?

When I open the SimpliSafe app, at the top of the screen I see my current account and address.  For simplicity I'll call it address A.  When I click it, it shows 2 more addresses from old accounts.  I'll call them B and C.

How do I delete addresses B and C from this app.  I called technical support and they don't know how.

If I tap the drop down menu next to address A, and go to account settings, I see a "delete acount" button, which obviously I do not want to do.

So I was thinking maybe if I click one of the addresses that I wish to delete and open up the same "account settings" tab, if I should be able to press "delete account" while either address B or C is chosen and maybe it will delete?

The issue is I noticed all A, B, and C addresses share the same email address when highlighted.  Im windering if it will delete address A as well?

@JKid Welcome to the wonderful world of "legacy" systems.  Going from one version or generation is not fun, and of course, each company, including SimpliSafe,  has polices/SOP's on how they handle historical data.  I found out this topic being in the same position as you, sort of, about 7 years ago.

Here is the reason for the old addresses: SimpliSafe never purges them from their systems.  They reference legal reasons, and in no way will delete the info. Solution: Call customer service, tell them the issue and they will suppress or "hide" the records so they will no longer appear.  Suggestion: when they do that, go in and change your location name from "Home" to something different. I use "home" and then a hyphen and my initials.  Find this keeps their associates grounded in which to deal with and you can easily confirm they are looking at the correct record. Even though "suppressed" they can still see legacy locations on their side.

Good luck, and, live long and prosper.
