All sensors de registered after new chip

Hi,

I recently replaced the 2g chip on my base station and after that all sensors are de registered. Basically have non functioning system. I’ve tried adding new sensors but the system doesn’t detect. Tried rebooting, removing battery etc no use

can anyone help!!
