Unable to stream outdoor cameras

For at least the last 3 days I’ve been intermittently unable to stream my outdoor cameras. Often one or two out of seven works, and other times none work. Chatting with support got me nowhere. Their only solution was for me to manually reset and readd every camera. No small feat since they are mostly in hard to reach places throughout the property. 

Additional context: The cameras all say they are online. They are all capturing motion events like they are supposed. Just unable to stream. 

Is this a known issue? Are there any solutions? Literally nothing has changed on my end, WiFi or otherwise.
