Outdoor Camera VPN issues
I'm using a VPN and can't get live view to work (stuck "Launching Live View") until it disconnects. This only happens on the Outdoor cameras. Indoor cameras work as they should. This happens with the iOS app and while on the website. Without getting into the merits of using a VPN, consider fixing this for the Outdoor cameras. This doesn't happen If a VPN is not used.

Hey @cornholio if you'd like to share the specific VPN and settings privately so I may share them with the engineering team I can have them look into the fix. Based on the limited information my immediate response would be some sort of incompatibility. The SimpliCam and Outdoor Cameras connect to the servers differently. Certainly interested in diving deeper into this for you though.
