New officers announced after close of sale
Last night I saw a news article on the closing of SimpliSafe being purchased, again, and the new CEO and President. As usual, not a great start, customers have to find out about it from 3rd party sources while its all "quiet on the western front" here in SimpliSafe's own online community. While customer communication remains far from stellar, it's nice to see Mr. and Mrs Laurans, the original founders of SS, are still around to keep the company on mission: provide overall superior value to customers in the security system market.
I cordially welcome Ms. Hilary Schneider as CEO and Mr. Ty Shay as President. Looking forward to great things at SimpliSafe. And more management communication and participation here in the community.

@captain11 And for those who don't really believe in SS anymore. A few changes would fix the SS issues, but they won't make the effort.
Looking at the issues on this forum and elsewhere it's no wonder that customers are not happy.

This is just one, there are many more that aren't good. And before you tell me to find something else if I'm not satisfied - I already am.
