Giftcard no longer valid
I received a referral gift card from SimpliSafe and went to use it today virtually inside my Apple wallet, and it says that the card cannot be used in that. I need to remove it and add it again. Upon further research it sounds like maybe this card expired??? Crazy to me that a gift card expires. I've never known that to be the case. Thoughts on what I should do to reinstate it?

Sorry for the trouble. It's likely that your gift card does still have balance. We do use Visa for our bonus referral gift cards, but our servicer does not support adding those gift cards to Apple Wallet.
