A Survey of Two customers - Yes SS, they noticed

As I have posted many times, over the past 9+ years I have recommended and placed over 2 dozen systems, to family, neighbors, coworkers and, in fact, recommended SS3 over Ring at Costco yesterday when I heard a couple ask an associate what he would recommend.  (I always apologize for listening).  They eventually did pick Simplisafe after asking the Costco associate and I questions for about 15 minutes, possibly with me being able to answer all of their questions about SS as opposed to the associate's knowldege of Ring. My wife was happily walking away at the start of our interaction to continue shopping.

Why I start with the story above is that in the past several days two friends have called about the outdoor cameras, and their inability to get them from Simplisafe, who is out of stock while seeing them for sale if you buy a new system.  I referred both to Best Buy and I know at least one of them did get their unit yesterday.  As SS, in this instance, chose bottom line instead of current customer satisfaction, I wanted to make my positon known to SS, and to the couple who bought that SS3 system at Costco yesterday. They said one of the reasons they did choose Simplisafe was that I was still a fan and loyal customer of SS, while acknowledign they were not perfect.

People notice the small things. And remember.
