Wireless outdoor camera motion detections

My wireless outdoor camera keeps detecting motion, sends notifications, and records every 1-3 minutes. When I check the footage, there’s nothing there. How do I fix this issue? It drains my camera battery way too fast and it’s frustrating having to go through all those notifications.
