Trick or Treat, Simplisafe!?

Halloween upon us tonight, with little boys and gouls out trick or treating in millions of homes throughout the land....and Simplicams, Doorbell Pros and Outdoor Cams recording and recording and recording and....well, you get the idea.  I turned off all of my cameras after getting a multitude of "no video" messages in my timeline, guessing that the Simplisafe servers were getting slammed at the peak of trick or treating.  Bandwidth is bandwidth, storage is storage and it appears children everywhere overwhelmed SS's systems. Yeah, a guess, but it did bring up memories of customers asking for the ablility to have their cameras not to record within certain hours or days, or when the system was off.

This capability has been asked a multitude of times; I am sure the Simplisafe support staff scheduled tonight may have very well agreed.  So Simplisafe, what was going on tonight with your systems?

Sounds like a great feature to put in, quick, or at least before next halloween!
