@njhohn did you happen to use a Migration Assistant that ported over all your apps and settings from your previous phone? I've seen that being an issue with porting over the SimpliSafe app.
So I would definitely recommend deleting and reinstalling the SimpliSafe app, so you can start fresh. You'll just need to log back in, and all your system and camera settings will be preserved.
And if you are asked by your phone, please make sure to Allow Notifications coming from the SimpliSafe app!
Same here. Upgraded phone. All notifications turned on. Don’t get any more. If I reinstall the app will I need to reconnect everything? That’s a long project.
