Rotate outdoor camera

My camera is viewing upside down. Is there a way other than reinstalling to have the right side up?

You can rotate the Outdoor Camera's image 180° in the SimpliSafe mobile app by navigating to My System > Camera Settings > select [your Outdoor Camera] > toggle "Rotate Image 180°" on.

@chavezbigd In the Outdoor Camera's settings, you should see a toggle to rotate the image 180°, as seen in the image below.

What are the 2 buttons for on the back of the outdoor camera

@stankaras On the back of the Outdoor Camera is its setup button, which allows you to install and reset your camera. Next to it is the cover for its USB port, where you can plug in a Solar Panel or Charging Cable. I've attached an image below outlining where the setup button is!

The image of my outdoor camera is very dim, (opaque) compared to a previous camera that I owned. Is this correctable, or poor-quality camera? Thank you

@perezky not quite sure what you mean by "opaque". Are you comfortable with sharing a screenshot of what your camera is seeing?
