outdoor camera won't connect, it's flashing blue
I've done the 30 sec button hold drain and recharge the battery and still nothing. HELP!

It sounds like you may be experiencing this known issue. If resetting the Outdoor Camera did not get it back online, the next step would be a replacement. Our Support team can help with that.
