outdoor camera will not hold
The mount bracket will not click into place. I have tired 2 other people to help me and we can not get it to click to hold the camera. It appears that the mounting bracket might be defective. Any recommendations?

@mymusic77 Call support, do a little bit of troubleshooting and get it replaced at nc under warranty.
