Outdoor camera not detecting motion at night
Our outdoor camera seems to have stopped detecting motion at night earlier this year. I think it worked fine last year. I have tried both standard and spotlight mode. The outdoor environment has no obstructions but is quite dark at night (limited street lights). Night Vision mode is on. Any ideas as to why the camera isn’t detecting motion?

Hi @sap,
I would try toggling Night Vision off and back on to ensure that the camera is entering the setting. If turning the setting off and back on doesn't help, I would be curious to learn more about the environment.
You mention that it's quite dark at night, but what's in view? For example, are there any street lights right in front of the camera that could prevent it from properly entering Night Vision? How far away does motion typically happen from the camera?
