Outdoor Camera Issues

1) We installed an outdoor camera in our backyard, a low activity area, and the fully charged battery died in 48 hours. Is is a battery or camera issue?

2) The camera we installed on our driveway is set to Motion Events On; Motion Notifications Off but I'm not seeing any Motion Detected events in my timeline after going out to my car.
