Hi!

You can find the option in the SimpliSafe app:

  1. Tap the Cameras tab on the bottom
  2. Tap the Gear icon on the top right
  3. Select the camera you want to configure
  4. The Mic & Audio option is at the bottom of the General section; you can toggle Off or On

This option applies to the camera at all times, and cannot be set for only Home Mode.
