Doorbell camera

Has anyone had any luck getting the doorbell camera to ring the base station . I can't get mine to work will the latest upgrade

Yes, works fine. Did you set it to high, medium, or low in the settings?

I've gone through two doorbells and two base stations and it still doesn't ring - set to high too. Changing brands.

@stevepotratz Oftentimes when the Video Doorbell doesn't ring it needs a Chime Connector to ensure it's getting the proper voltage. If you contact our Support team, they can send one to you free of charge.
