My door bell camera has missed too many “deliveries” from UPS/Fedex and Prime. What is going on here. I was assured that the developers were working on a fix, this was several weeks ago and I have not hard anything.
Also, I’m receiving multiple notification for events that have already happened. I have tried the suggested “fix”. Unplugging the base station and remove the batteries; wait 15 minutes and re-assemble. No luck, still getting multiple notification for previous notifications.
This is really terrible service, it was much better a few years ago. I’m seriously think of dumping this system.
