Camera time stamp is off an hour

Hello,

Where can you change the time stamp or time zone for a camera?

I emailed tech support days ago and have not received a reply. Called tech support twice today and the wait times were 40 and 45 minutes, respectively.

There is a time zone setting on the "monitoring' page on the online dashboard.
