Buzzing sound coming from Nutone box
I followed all instructions with installation of our video doorbell from Simplisafe. Now I have a very loud buzzing sound coming from the Nutone chime box that was attached to the old doorbell. This is very concerning to say the least.

Worthing is correct - it sounds like you need a Chime Connector. The buzzing you hear is due to your Video Doorbell getting incorrect voltage from your wired doorbell; a Chime Connector ensures that your Video Doorbell gets the proper voltage. If you contact Customer Support, they can send one to you.
