I was watching TV and all of a sudden heard this loud buzzing noise and then smelled burning plastic I almost called my local fire department I tried calling Simplisafe but they are closed I googled the problem went outside pushed my doorbell which seemed to solve the problem but I am frightened of it happening again and causing a fire I will call Simplisafe tomorrow when they are open very disappointing that no one could take an emergency call
