Hi Folks
Thinking of buying a system but trying to understand what integrations can be achieved with Alexa. For example, camera detects activity, can this trigger internal smart lighting to be activated?

@mark3db0eb Our integration with Alexa allows users to arm their systems and check in its armed status, but it cannot disarm your system or control any smart lights in your home.

This is an alarm system, not a home automation product. You can use something like Home Assistant to bring all of your smart devices together (including Simplisafe integration) and use that to set up these types of scenarios.

Hi,
Recently I have downgraded to the basic package and my App does not support the automation feature. Not sure why this option has been removed from my App as I have just removed only the paid subscription. Please kindly look into this.

I too would like to utilize the sensors as input to Alexa for control of lights, etc. This would be a good addition to the system capabilities and make your system more attractive.
