Easy to setup, when it works it’s awesome. When it doesn’t work call customer support and they are right there to guide you through the trouble shooting.

So easy to install. Monitoring is excellent. We were approached years ago by several companies, but we had read reviews on SimpliSafe and chose to go with them. Do not regret it one bit. Great customer service.
