CO2 detectors
I bought several carbon dioxide detectors with my original simplisafe system. They of course, we’re garbage and didn’t work. Simplisafe stopped selling them. NOW, simplisafe says they warranty every sensor as long as you have monitoring. I have moved and threw away the nonfunctional carbon dioxide sensors. Will simplisafe replace those items I purchased that were faulty?

Normally we would do some troubleshooting first to determine the issue of your CO Detector, but we can make an exception and get your replacement processed. If you contact our Support team, they can put that order in for you.
