How to Add New Sensors to My Existing SimpliSafe® System

If you made a purchase of a new product or device from our website, you can easily add it to your existing system using the SimpliSafe® Mobile App. You cannot use the SimpliSafe® Online Account to add devices to your system.

Don’t have the app installed yet? You can download it on your mobile device from the App Store for iOS devices or Google Play Store for Android.

Adding New Products Using the SimpliSafe® Mobile App:

1. Open the SimpliSafe® Mobile App on your phone or tablet

2. Choose the three-bar menu in the upper left corner of the app

3. Select Add Device or Camera

4. Choose your product from the list of available options

5. Follow the in-app prompts to add your device to your system
