Updated
Test SimpliSafe® in your home for 60 days. Your system arrives ready to work – no drilling or tools are needed. If you aren't 100% satisfied, return it for a full refund (we'll even pay return shipping).
Returning Your Product
We can only accept returns purchased directly from SimpliSafe®. Products purchased from 3rd party online sellers will need to be returned through that same point of sale.
As long as you are within the 60-day return window from when the products are received, a member of our support team can create a prepaid shipping label with which you can send back any equipment necessary. After we receive the return, a refund will be issued. From there, once the package has been delivered, please allow 5-7 business days for processing time before a refund is issued.
Packing and Shipping Your Return
Remove the batteries from your sensors and/or cameras that have had their battery tabs removed or have been used. If the battery tab has not been removed, you can ship it as is.
Then, box up all of your devices, ensuring they’re either within original packaging or secured safely for transit.
Apply the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the box. If you were issued multiple Return Labels, you can combine multiple Return Authorisations into a single box with the additional return labels included for easier returns; simply pack all items together and ship them to the provided return address.
To ensure a smooth refund process, we suggest submitting your return within 7 days.
Receiving Your Refund
Once the shipment is received by our warehouse, there is a 5-7 business day processing time before a refund is issued. The refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
