Worst customer service ever
For such a forward thinking company the lack of care for existing customers is astonishing. Their customer service is terrible; can't use a 40% discount they sent me. Call up get told No, but I can have 15% off like new customers, followed up by the agent saying don't take that tone with me when I tell her you're saying I can have the same as a new customer, and loyalty is irrelevant? Then it takes the agent 30 minutes to tell me I can trade my system in for the discount. Talk about bait and switch!
It's simple - don't entice existing customers to upgrade only to lower said customers likelihood to stay with you or recommend SimpliSafe.
