We have SS for 5 years and are very happy with the system and the service. We utilize every piece of equipment (including cameras) and have been quite pleased with ease of use and reliability. Once or twice I've had to call Customer Service due to a hardware issue, and we've been able to resolve immediately over the phone.  I've always had very quick response time from calls and emails.

Last week, I put an order in for upgrading the entire system.  The customer service and sales team were exceptional. My daughter just bought a house, and we are going to gift them their first SS system as well.
