Hmmmm, been a simplisafe customer for about two years, but recently had an issue. Tried calling Tech Support, on hold for nearly 30 minutes and counting.

No excuses for Support but things should be back to normal in about 2 weeks after the holiday rush. My daughter's father in law called in today to activate monitoring on their new system I helped them install last week and got through in about a minute, but that was mid day.
Well tdoay is just unbelievable. Needed to set alarm to AWAY MODE, have the iphone app and it didnt work said "Device Connection Problems', then tried the website when I logged in the screen was blank, sent them and email, voicemail and currently nearly 50 minutes on hold and still nothing. For some reason this happens frequently lately. Considering cancelling since when you acrually need help their support is non-existent
Ladies and gentlemen, its 2019. Phone systems where customers can ask to be left in line and get a call back is common place. If you are not going to leverage technology to increase your support center's capacity, you can at least let customers request a call back so they can watch TV or have an adult beverage while waiting the 30 or 60 minutes for a support rep to free up.
Agree, there customer service has to be the worst and the only thing i can find wrong with them as of now but i tried calling the other day and was on hold for 30 min then it just hung up so i try again this time on hold for 20 min then it just hung up so i tried the next day 40 min then it just hung up, i have been looking at cove security and i tried calling them up and boom got straight through no problem and they answered all my questions, so simplisafe being as big as you guys are how about getting with the program and get more people to answer the freaking phone. If you were to look up all the reviews thats all it is no customer service
Trust me, it will happen to ya. I always said the same thing for awhile i never had an issue, now no matter when or what time i try to call its like they all said the hell with it we quit and left
