I just returned 2 cameras I bought to upgrade our system and after having power and mounts put in they continue not to work with motion detection. I've been online with your support people and one was great thought didn't solve the problem. The other two were women and by their accents I doubt they were from here which does't matter other than both were abrupt and rude to the point I hung up on both as they were useless. Thus as said I returned the cameras and will take the loss on the rest of the equipment I had to purchase as will go with another company. We have riots going on and I need a security system I can rely on and since I've had this system, 4 months now, 3 sensors have gone down and the security cameras only work if I turn them on and do not work in a motion sensing mode. Good idea, price is right but equipment and support are lacking.
