Simplisafe App delay settings issue
My AWAY settings are set to 5 and 10 seconds on dashboard and keypad.
On my phone app it reads 30 and 45.
I went to general settings in app. Put on my base station light and as the app default can only go to 30 and 45 it changed all my settings as the light is on the same page as the delay!
I have flagged it to SS but there despite 9 attempts not grasping what I'm saying.
So the morale of the story is dont change any settings in your app under general settings as if you do and your away settings are lower than default.... it will put your timings back to default- use the dashboard !!!
