No so fast on the monitoring

Anyone else feel like they been had by the monitoring fee, does not mention the two tiers, ohhhh you cannot get the app unless you pay for the hire amount. However that is not disclosed on the website. Why cant you just get real honesty. In this day and age would you really buy anything without an online app? Look at alternative systems. Or suck up the fee.

@coalbrecht its been a while since I am a customer of 2 generation of systems for 8+ years but I do believe SS, as part of the buying process, does ask if  you want to add monitoring and show the different plans and features. Again, its been a while so maybe that changed.  You can return the system, no questions asked, within 60 days.
