I am being spied on

I firmly believe that the company I trust and pay to help keep my family safe is spying on us. Frequently I hear the shutters click open, the timeline shows it has recorded, but the system is set to off and no events have occurred. This takes place for several minutes, multiple times a day. I have taken screen shots to prove my claims. I need Simplisafe to make this stop or someone to tell me if there is legal action I can take to make this unwanted invasion of my privacy stop.

Do you have any sensors set to "secret alert"?  If so, every time one is triggered, the camera will record.

Have you set the camera motion sensors to not activate recording?

Has anyone else been given access to your account?  Live View is available at any time.
