Great Customer Service Experience

I ordered a new system and realized that it wouldn't be arriving today as expected. So I called customer support and Timo took care of everything. The system is on the way and will arrive tomorrow.

Timo, didn't need me to fuss or carry on. He didn't cause the problem. In fact, management selected him to be our advocate. Their training and empowerment, and his personal character were on display. I simply told him my concern, he looked up the order, and acknowledged the issue. Without any prompting on my part, he quickly offered an appropriate solution to make it right and help me secure my family and home.

We all fall short. Most of us every day. Let's be patient, kind, and believe the best. SimpliSafe is just a bunch of people like you and I, pulling together to help us get what we need and want. And just like us, they're learning as they grow. They've made mistakes and strides forward.

Imagine for a moment that you own the business. You've got to constantly reinvest and innovate for the future, deal with suppliers, support your current customers, lead and develop your staff, manage the cash flow, improve and update manuals, maintain a responsive web site, negotiate and build relationships with distributors, and on and on and on.

I don't know about you, but I think it'd be really hard to build a top-tier national company in this age of high expectations, "good enough" Amazon options, and so many megaphones.

We are hard to please - are we not?

I'm grateful that someone saw a need and built a solution that intersected my need and expectations. Well done ladies and gentlemen. Keep up the good work. Thanks for fighting for our loyalty. And thanks again Timo for helping to guard my family and home.

A very positive outlook.

However, please return tomorrow and let us know if the system arrives. I and many others have experienced the telling of an overnight accommodation and it not being the case.

I do hope it is in your experience.

Post back tomorrow and let us know if it shows up.  Just keep posting, lol.

Btw, if you have a tracking number, and it only states "label has been created", it hasn't left SS's premises, or the carrier's hub.  In which, you'll have to call them to remind them that you are expecting it to be shipped two days ago.  Hopefully they are getting better at actually shipping packages out in a timely manner.

System arrived 8/30.
