Fantastic support!

This is my 2nd system .. sold the little house and she wanted to keep everything!  Had to but large pkg because of too many large windows and too many doors .. really miss my free camera .. should have brought it.  Got it free w first pkg.  

Anyway, called the help line and Drew helped me (w a smile!) .. and Alex gave me a great lesson on other ways I can use the system.  

Talked all my friends into getting one.  Offered elderly women a free install.
